payroll: 2010 Payroll Updates and Jan HRIS Large Group Cancelled

Hi Everyone,

Payroll Updates for 2010:

This afternoon we will sending an email to all employees with our annual 
tax information, W-4 deadlines, 2009 W-2 and 1042-S reminders, etc.
Before you start getting questions from employees and prior to receiving 
the email yourself, just go to 
http://ba.uoregon.edu/sites/ba/files/payrollupdates2010.pdf to read the 
document.

New BAO Website:

The employee section is slowly being updated.  Yesterday, our IT staff 
added the payroll related forms that employees may download.   As you 
know, the Banner Guide is where you, as a payroll coordinator, should go 
to find payroll forms such as our payroll hire packets.

January HRIS Large Group Meeting Cancelled:

We won't be meeting tomorrow as scheduled.  I had though that I might be 
able to make it happen this month, but perhaps it is just as well since 
this is a very busy time for everyone.   My apologies for the late 
notification.  Our next meeting is scheduled for February 8th.
