If you have not already done so for June time entry, please run your PWIPAYR Work-Study Report ASAP to verify the amount of any remaining funds still available for use.  June 11 was the last day to use 2009-2010 Federal and UO Work-Study Awards if the student employee does not have a summer award.  For a complete list of dates that you may use Federal or UO Work-Study Awards, please see the Work Study Calendar, http://ba.uoregon.edu/content/work-study-calendar.

Please correct any work-study overpayments ASAP.

2010-2011 Federal Work-Study indices which take effect July 1, 2010, are now posted at http://bg.uoregon.edu/hris/student/indices1011.htm.  Prior to July time entry, the Payroll Office will run a process to automatically update labor distributions with the new index.  This page also includes an example of reporting June and July work-study hours during the July time entry window next month.
