June payroll has posted. We strongly encourage you to take time to run your reports and make any necessary payroll redistributions for fiscal year 09-10. Please aware of the following deadlines for Period 12 and FY 09-10 posting:

- Deadline for PHAREDS processing ends on Wednesday, July 7th at 5 p.m.

- Deadline for paper (PAA) Payroll Accounting Adjustment form submission to the Payroll Office is on Thursday, July 15th at Noon.   

In order for these redistributions to post into FY 09-10, you must use a 30-JUN-2010 posting date for PHAREDS, and note it on the PAA form.  If you have any questions, please call or send e-mail to me.
