payroll: Student Payroll for October 2011

The Payroll Office received large volumes of Student Employment Forms 
for the October payroll.  As of today, we were able to process the SEFs 
that were received in our office through Tuesday, October 11, 2011.  
There should be time sheets available in PHAHOUR for you to enter hours 
before 4 pm today.  If you are unable to enter hours for your student 
employees after time entry window closes at 4 pm, please prepare and 
send the Manual Check Request forms to our office as soon as possible so 
we can have the student employee’s pay ready for pick up or direct 
deposit on payday, October 31st

We are continuing processing pay documents after the time entry window 
closed.  You may fax the Manual Check Request forms to our office at 
6-1109.  If you have any questions, please contact me at 6-1084.
