payroll: Special Instructions for October time entry

October Time Entry (Step Rollback)

Please be aware that the affected CD and CE hourly classified employees 
will have two time hseets during this month's time entry.

The first timesheet should reflect hours prior to 10/1/2011 at the current 
hourly rate.

The second time sheet should reflect hours after 10/1/2011 at the newly 
rolled back hourly rate.

You may enter and edit time records until 4pm, Thursday, October 20th.
