travelnews: Foreign Liability Policy

The Foreign Liabiltiy policy renews January 1 2004.  This is the annual
request for information.  Please provide the following data to Sheree`
Johnson by Nov 20th.  You can e-mail her at shereej@oregon.uoregon.edu
The information needed is for calendar year 2004.

1.  The number of foreign trips planed and the country, not city name.

2.   If you have rented space overseas, please provide the address, phone
number and contact information for that office.

3.   If you have rental space overseas, please provide the number of
full-time employees at that office.

4.   If you hire foreign nationals in a foreign country, please provide
the estimated annual payroll by country.
