Once again it is time to collect information for the Foreign Liability insurance policy. It is imperative that this information be received to obtain the renewal quotes. Please report any foreign trips that will be occurring after April 1 2009 thru March 31 2010. It should include the following information.

a. Name of employee

b. Dates of travel

c. Name of Countries (not cities)
