System notes

Assignment Two

Objectives:

In facing a new computer system, you come to a new culture. Just as any tourist sees much more about a place than its residents, you can use your fresh perceptions to help you understand it. As you try out the functions in AutoCad, keep notes about what aspects are positive and negative. Think carefully about what makes one program more usable than another (interface issues), or more powerful than another (functionality).

Use your notes to start compiling criteria of what makes a system function work well and in what circumstances (context).

Hand-in: Bring your notes Tuesday, April 8, so you can intelligently discuss and question our class guest.
