Getting started in Particle Physics

Below are some links to basic information on particle physics of interest to high school teachers, physics undergraduates and beginning graduate students.

Undergraduate students and graduate physics interested in doing research in particle physics are well advised to take courses in electronics (such as PH431 and PH432, see the UO catalog ) and to become proficient using the data analysis program root. Knowledge of C++ and python is also very useful.
