- Quick Bio:
I am an Associate Professor in the Operations and Business Analytics Department at the University of Oregon. I got my Ph.D. degree in Operations Management from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. My current research and teaching interests include the areas of service operations, applied game theory, queueing theory and supply chain management. I also hold an M.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Koç University, Turkey.
