Concept B combines Living Learning with the upcoming expansion to the Health and Counseling Center, or at least builds adjacent to the Health and Counseling Center site. In addition, it proposes to build one or two stories at the southeast corner of Carson, where the existing basement has exterior daylight access. This project may exceed the allowable floor area ratios of the Long Range Campus Development Plan.
