Concept F develops a new building that starts to form the open space framework of East Campus, and provides space for residence hall rooms, University Housing offices, and other facilities. This concept develops the initial Living Learning facilities in existing space in Earl/Straub (and perhaps elsewhere) through renovation, and relocates programs to allow for future expansion of Living Learning facilities along the Living Learning promenade. The area needed will not exceed the limits of the Long Range Campus Development Plan.
