Concept E replaces the north west corner of Walton, builds over the center of Walton, and adds a low addition to the south east corner of Carson, creating a diagonal link through Walton to the corner of 15th and Agate. This will exceed the floor area allowable in the Long Range Campus Development Plan, although most of the development will occur in an area that has much less visual impact that building on a bare site.
