The projected age group this project is designed for
is for the elementary school level, preferably 4th-6th
graders. It was designed to be
tough at some points but still comprehendible by a student at those ages. I think it was the right age group because you needed to be able to use tools such as:
Power point, the internet, knowledge on clickable links, and obviously
understand the requirements to the project. By doing all of this criteria, the
students are able to gather information and create something of their own
consisting of the information that they learned. Students will meet the average or
passing grade if they completed all of the main parts including both
assignments and the presentation to the classroom by using some form of poster
or power point. They will have
about a week to complete this project, and throughout the time span, they will
be using the internet for about 2 hours every other day, otherwise the time
should be spent on power point or poster board.
