About This Print


The three most famous actors of their time (from right to left), Ichikawa Danjūrō IX , Onoe Kikugorō V and Ichikawa Sadanji play the roles of the three young magicians's 雲龍九郎 Unryūkurō (cloud dragon - note Danjūrō's cloud patterned garb); 虎王丸 Tora Ōmaru (Tiger Ōmaru) and 竜王太郎 Ryūō (dragon king) Tarō.
