This print was created for the jin (coterie magazine) HANGA (Print Art), Volume 14, issued in 1928 by the publisher Hanga no Ie.  It depicts a one figure on a bridge in the mountains near the headwaters of the Mibu River, a tributary of the Tenryu River, in the southern Alps.
