Ueda Fujō 上田富丈 (1899-?)

B. 1899 in Kobe.  Studied with Kitano Tsunetomi (1880-1947), Onchi Koshiro (1891-1955), and Munakata Shiko (1903-1975).  Exhibited with Banga-in, Nihon Hanga Kyokai, and in international exhibitions.  Member of Japan Artists League.

WorldCat lists two works by Ueda - A book or folio of prints titled Ueda Fujō Sōsaku Hangashū. 1 (上田富丈創作板画集. 第1輯) published in Kōbe in 1956 by Gendai Hanga Kyōkai (現代板画協会) and a book of haiku and prints titled Ueda Fujō Haiku Hanga Sakuhinshū published in Kōbe by Gingasha (ギンガ社) in 1966.
