Tolovana Beach State Recreation Site is a park on the south side of Cannon Beach, Oregon, near milepost 30 on US 101. It features a huge paved parking lot that on summer weekends is constantly full. When Portlanders want to visit the beach, Cannon Beach is one of the closest destinations. Tolovana offers flush restrooms and access to miles of sandy beach, from Cannon Beach to the north to Arcadia Beach and Hug Point to the south (tides permitting). You'll see the iconic Haystack Rock just to the north, and most likely also kites flying in the usual Oregon Coast wind.
Tolovana Beach has been assigned 16 in Oregon's system of numbered beach access points.
