| Introduction |
The South zone serves seven computers, two printers, and a scanner. The ceiling height is at 7’-6”, and adorned with five fluorescent fixtures. At the far-end of the zone, the lower ceiling gives way to an 18’ air space with more views to windowed offices of the mezzanine. One ceiling-mounted diffuser, and one wall vent supply conditioned air to the space, and two transfer grills act as return/transfer. (See mechanical drawings) In total, the space is 545 square feet; the longest dimensions measuring 22’-8” d x 31’-3” long. |
