travelnews: Rest Periods for International Travel on Federal Grants

We have posted on the travel web site a new policy regarding Rest Periods
for Federal Grants during international travel. This only applies to funds
in the 2XXXXX group.  Some international trips may qualify for this rest
period if they meet specific criteria.  Taking a rest period is optional
and needs prior approval.   Please review the following web page.
