want to remind everyone that Travel is no longer part of Accounts Payable
(AP). We (Carolyn Wooley & Conny Isaacs) are located in rooms 122 and
123 which is across the hall from AP in the Business Affairs Office.
Travel paperwork should be addressed to BAO/Travel Office/Oregon Hall.
Travel
also has its own fax number which is 346-8078. Please use this fax
number for anything related to travel. If you have Airfare Authorizations
that need to be authorized, please make every effort to get them faxed in by
4pm. This allows us time to process and send to the travel agency in
a timely manner. Thanks.
