  1. Student Retention and Achievement: English Proficiency (IEP/AEIS) benchmarked to standards (CEA/ACTFL), graduation rates, retention rates, pass rates (within program, timely level progression), diversity of student /satisfaction,
  2. Scholarship: conferences, publications, professional affiliations, workshops, Professional Dev hours, Intern-departmental projects (analyze, set targets, and incentivize faculty scholarship and publications)
  3. Financial Health: goals and targets for each revenue line AEIS, IEP, DE/SP (grants and contracts)
  4. Organizational Health: job satisfaction, environmental footprint: paper, flights, flights avoided through DE
  5. Space: Availability, capacity, quality, centralized
  6. Sustainable Responsible Practices: Funding streams,
  7. Partnerships: I-GTF programs can be a revenue source
  8. Transition to CRN/Banner: AEI must normalize to adhere to UO system, alignment with academic programs
