Welcome to AEI Strategic Planning Wiki Process Design
AEI has embarked on a strategic planning process that will involve all of the AEI’s key stakeholders. Facilitated by Tom Dowling, activities are expected to go throughout winter and spring terms.

A Strategic Planning Core Team is comprised of faculty, staff, and administrative staff:

  • Faculty and staff: Beth Sheppard, Sean McClelland, Emily Mathis, Laura Holland, Wanda Walker, Sherie Henderson, Korey Rice, and Karyn Schultz
  • Executive Committee: Doris Payne, Cindy Kieffer, Leslie Opp-Beckman, Alison Evans, Amy Harter, Wendy Ames, and Emily Rine Butler

With the intent of being transparent, our meeting notes are posted in the collaborations folder as “Strategic Planning Notes”. Committee members will be actively seeking faculty and staff input on an on-going basis. Our goal is to draft a five-year strategic plan for the future success of the AEI. There will be a poster session in February for faculty & staff to provide feedback in areas such as goals, strategies, and resources.
