:To more smoothly schedule classrooms and reduce related inefficiencies, the AEI will work with CAS and Enrollment Management to integrate non-matriculated programs into Banner.
::4.4.1 Re-examine the IEP schedule blocks (18 hour course distribution) to align with the UO schedule protocols
::4.4.2 Redefine AEI internal processes to correspond with Banner implementation 
::4.4.3 Update Banner training for AEI staff
::4.4.4 Analyze current processes to prepare for Banner integration of all non-credit AEI courses.
