Based on the heat flow through an empty chamber, we were able to establish a constant to make accurate comparisons. This test allowed us to calculate a baseline temperature differential between the innermost HOBO sensor and the outermost, cross-referenced to the ambient air temperature of the testing environment (a garage).  As with all the other subsequent tests, the Raytech was used at the end of the test period to verify the last readings on the HOBOs log.
