MGMT 417 Negotiation and Conflict Resolution

Want to learn more about successful negotiating techniques? This course introduces students to negotiation and conflict resolution processes in and between organizations. It examines distributive and integrative approaches to bargaining, as well as alternative dispute resolution techniques. This course is taught in a workshop format that includes in-class negotiation simulations. Required for the HRM Career Track.
