MGMT 418 Managing Change

Professor Sherer

It has been noted that nothing is constant in the world of business except change. This new course builds on this theme, and considers how companies manage change processes in dynamic environments. Included here are discussions about how successful firms establish a vision and a strategy for change, as well as how they implement change efforts in ways that are most likely to succeed. Case studies are extensively used. Required for HRM Career Track.
