Mike offers the student a dynamic and proficient clinical role model rarely seen in continuing education. He brings over 10 years of experience and knowledge in the field of PNF to each course. He graduated cum Laude from Northeastern University in 1986 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Physical Therapy. Mr. Baum worked at the Kessler Institute of Rehabilitation in West Orange, NJ, prior to entering the three-month PNF program at Kaiser Permanente Rehabilitation Center, Vallejo, CA (home of PNF). He joined the staff at Kaiser, Vallejo, from 1990 - 1994 as both a clinician and as primary faculty for the three and six month PNF continuing education programs. Mr. Baum was a co-developer of the PNF Quad Shoulder Protocol while at Kaiser, Vallejo, and was the primary author of the subsequent case study which was published in Physical Therapy Case Reports. He has taught with IPA for 8 years, and is a Primary Instructor for PNF I & II, and BET. Mr. Baum currently practices and resides in Junction City, Oregon.
