dumping
|
Interviewees
also commented on the economic causes of dumping. People perceive
that it is too expensive to make a trip to the dump. Small incidents
add up to a large problem. To solve this problem, we need: youth
education, elimination of dump fees, a hotline, more publicity
on the issue, and aggressive enforcement.
These
opinions do not represent the entire illegal dumping project or
the Army Corps. Information gathered is for personal use.
