Hi!  I'm a PhD student in the mathematics department at the University of Oregon (my advisor is Shabnam Akhtari).  My research interests are in number theory (specifically, height functions, the geometry of numbers, and diophantine approximation) and logic (specifically, proving standard theorems in weaker first-order systems like Elementary Function Arithmetic).

Prior to attending UO, I earned bachelor's degrees in math and philosophy and a master's degree in math at Case Western Reserve University (where I was advised by Colin McLarty).
