A hot stop for dancers, poker players, and drinkers alike is at Rock 'N' Rodeo
on 44 E. Seventh Ave. Connected to the restaurant Charros,
this nightclub opened its doors under new management on April 11,
2004. Rock 'N' Rodeo features a large dance floor, poker tables,
blackjack and pool tables. Don't be disappointed, this club isn't
short of big screen TVs either.
The club and restaurant hold about 725 people.
The nightclub’s week begins on Monday, as Sunday is Rock
'N' Rodeo’s day of rest. Monday includes margaritas
and movies all night long starting at 9. Tuesday is a day
of swing, with dance lessons from 7:30 p.m. until 10. After
lessons, the hip-hop scene begins. On Wednesdays, Rock 'N'
Rodeo offers karaoke night with a chance to win prizes if there
are a good number of competitors. Thursday is ladies night,
and there is no cover charge for women. Friday and Saturday
are days to party and let loose to the music, starting at 9 p.m.
Rock 'N' Rodeo offers free dance lessons every day Tuesday thru Saturday 7:30 p.m. to 8:30.
Underage patrons and fake identity holders beware.
