Cataloguing Cayuga Inlet Valley

MEASURES: Cataloging Cayuga Inlet Valley was the second project in the SEARCH.MEASURE.STALK series. A collaboration with John Barney (now landscape designer and adjuct faculty at University of New Mexico), the project goal was to illustrate land use changes in this Upstate New York valley. By joining historical mapping with methodical on-the-ground surveys (transects) we were able to access and depict the legacies of land use decisions that occured as many as two-hundred years before now.
