Notes on the Notes |
- These are only a rough guide to lectures, for two reasons. First, they are
outlines, and second, material may be added, removed, or changed when the lecture is
delivered.
- You are not responsible for knowing material that appears in lecture
notes but is not covered in class.
- It may not be possible for me to publish here some of the graphs and charts used
in lectures.
- Formatting is readable but not elegant.
