Notes on the Notes
  1. These are only a rough guide to lectures, for two reasons.  First, they are outlines, and second, material may be added, removed, or changed when the lecture is delivered.
  2. You are not responsible for knowing material that appears in lecture notes but is not covered in class.
  3. It may not be possible for me to publish here some of the graphs and charts used in lectures.
  4. Formatting is readable but not elegant.
